Quality badges are available at Loss Prevention and Security (LPS) Badge Centers: (http://myid.mot.com/badging_centers.xls) at Motorola locations worldwide.
-If you work at a Motorola facility where an LPS Badge Center (http://myid.mot.com/badging_centers.xls) is located, print this letter and present it to a security representative at the Badge Center near you to obtain your new quality badge.
-If you do not work at a Motorola facility where a LPS Badge Center (http://myid.mot.com/badging_centers.xls) is located, forward this email (include your mailing address) to the LPS Badge Center within your region. Your new quality badge will be mailed to you.
